Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from a reputed university.
  • Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store,Chain shop,Healthcare/Lifestyle product,E-commerce

Additional Requirements

  • Preferably experience in working with a reputed Footwear Brand.

  • At least $3000 - $5000 US dollars monthly spending on Facebook ads manager consistently over the year on shopify website.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Email marketing, and content marketing).

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.       

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.       

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to achieve business objectives like increased brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. 

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.        

  • Oversee and optimize performance across all digital channels, such as social media platforms, websites, and email marketing systems. 

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.     

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for the website and content.       

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase reach and engagement.       

  • Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including database management and reporting.        

  • Working closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.          

  • Track and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.        

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.        

  • Support the development of marketing strategies to increase conversions and customer retention.
