www.vibrantbd.com on pre-payment through the selected payment gateway and using the selected payment method and the customer shall be entitled to purchase Vibrant products only from Vibrant’s own outlets across the country by redeeming his/her purchased Vibrant Digital Gift Voucher under the following terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions of Gift Voucher.
- Vibrant digital gift voucher is not applicable for the Cash-On-Delivery method. Voucher can only purchase from online through (Mobile Banking or Debit/Credit Card).
- This voucher will be activated within 24 hours after successful payment.
- This voucher can only be redeemed at Vibrant-owned stores across Bangladesh; not at any dealer, franchised, or online store.
- This voucher can be used to pay for goods at any outlet of Vibrant.
- This voucher is neither exchangeable nor refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
- Customers can buy only regular price merchandise by redeeming this digital gift card. Discounted products will not be sold through this gift card.
- Customers can purchase more than one Vibrant product by redeeming his/her every
single digital gift card through a single invoice. - This voucher has to be used fully in a single transaction. If the total payable value exceeds the Gift card value extra amount can be paid in cash or digital payment. But if the purchase amount would be less than the digital gift card amount, that remaining amount can’t be claimed as cash.
- The validity of the digital gift card will be for 2 months from the card activation date.
Ordering Policy
- Purchase is only available for products which are shown in stock on website.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) available all over Bangladesh also digital payment allow.
- Once the order has been paid, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of size mismatch, delivery charge will be re-applicable.

- We delivered product within maximum 3 working days Inside Dhaka and 6 working days Outside Dhaka from order, we put in our best efforts to ship your order at your door step
- Our regular delivery days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding govt. holidays
- Each order is delivered to a single destination address. However, if you want us to deliver products to different addresses then you need to place multiple orders for individual destinations
- We make sure you receive your order in mint condition and on-time delivery. Hence we have our own delivery service and for outside Dhaka, we use reputed courier services
- While we try to deliver all your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
