Job Context:
VIBRANT is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our online sales and digital presence. If you love crunching numbers, managing ads, handling Shopify, and strategizing sales growth, we would love to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok ad campaigns.

Conduct continuous market analysis and product performance reviews to optimize campaign strategies.

Manage and update the Shopify website, ensuring a smooth user experience and accurate product listings.

Prepare detailed daily/weekly sales reports and analyze data to find growth opportunities.

Develop and manage discount protocols and promotional offers for the website and campaigns.

Manage external vendors and corporate partnerships (e.g., coordinating Bank/Card discount campaigns).
- Align closely with the Customer Support team to identify pain points and implement strategies for continuous customer service improvement.
Software & Tool Expertise:

Ad Platforms: Expert in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with LinkedIn and Pinterest Ads is a plus.

E-commerce Platform: Hands-on experience with Shopify backend management.
Data & Analytics: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
Educational Requirements:
BBA in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related business discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Experience in the e-commerce, retail, or footwear industry is a strong plus.
Additional Requirements:

Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns with strong ROAS.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
