Job Context:
We are seeking a dynamic Motion Graphics & Video Editing Executive who can bring VIBRANT products to life. If you know how to create thumb-stopping reels, cinematic product videos, and trendy ad campaigns using both traditional software and modern AI tools, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging, trendy short marketing reels and motion graphics tailored for social media platforms.
• Create high-quality promotional videos and ad campaign creatives featuring our footwear products.
• Edit cinematic reels and product collection videos from festive and seasonal photoshoots.
• Add dynamic motion to static product images to create engaging visual content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute fresh video concepts.

Software & Tool Expertise:

• Core Editing Software: Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.  
• AI Video Tools: Experience incorporating AI video generation or editing tools (e.g., Kling AI, Runway, Google AI, etc.) into the workflow.
• Audio Editing: Basic knowledge of audio syncing and editing (e.g., Adobe Audition) is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Multimedia, Film/Video Production, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Previous experience in the footwear, fashion, or e-commerce industry is highly desired.

Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience with camera operation and content shooting will be considered a major advantage.
Strong sense of visual timing, pacing, and trend awareness.
