Job Context:
We are looking for a highly creative and trendy Visualizer (Graphic Designer) to join our marketing team for VIBRANT. If you understand the aesthetics of the footwear/fashion industry, have a strong grip on design rules, and can blend your creativity with modern AI tools, we want you on our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching and trendy visuals for regular social media posts and digital ad campaigns.
- Create comprehensive print materials and outlet branding assets (e.g., Grand Opening event materials, show cards, wall branding, X-banners, and danglers).
- Develop dynamic website assets including homepage banners, sliders, promotional segments, and category designs.
- Provide regular design support for various marketing materials and internal corporate/office culture branding.
- Maintain strict brand guidelines while keeping the designs fresh and aligned with current fashion trends.
Software & Tool Expertise:
- Core Design Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere pro, CapCut.
- AI Generative Tools: Hands-on expertise with AI platforms (e.g., Google AI Suite. Midjourney, Magnific, SeedDance, or similar) to enhance visual output.
- Basic understanding of Motion/Video tools is a strong plus.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Experienced candidates with different educational backgrounds will also be considered).
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design.
- Prior experience working with a footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brand is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, print, and branding projects.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends in the fashion and footwear industry.
Salary:
- Negotiable
- Open to discussion. Salary will be determined based on expertise and experience of the candidates.
